The Feast of Saint John, the night of the 23rd to the 24th of June is one of the biggest celebrations in the coastal city of A Coruña. Bonfires, concerts, fireworks and other events take place around the city. It is a magic night full of witches legends and traditions.
Many other places along the Camino de Santiago celebrate Saint John. You will also find a Summer Solstice Festival in León and Saint John celebrations in the village of Sarria. At the end of June, Sarria also hosts a Medieval Market.
