The day of the potato in Tartajos. A small village located along the Camino, 10.5 kilometers after Burgos, celebrate “El dia de la Patata” festival the last Sunday of September.
The event lies in a Potato soup competition and the soup tasting. All the visitors of the festival are more than welcome to participate.
The local wine and traditional local bands are also included at the party.
Pilgrims at the entrance of Tardajos. They have 453 km to approach Santiago. Have a Buen Camino!!!
