During this weekend and the week coming up, hundreds of delicious tapas will be served in more than 18 different bars and restaurants located in the old part of the town. The local cuisine and the creativity will be the highlight of the gastronomic week.

Small delicious dishes

Razor clam with a seaweed onion bed or meat brochette with a cream cheese sauce , are some of the suggestions that pilgrims will find at the tapas menu. Every night after 8 pm, Melide offers dinners for a good price.

Melide is a very lively city where the pilgrims of the French way have to stop. Breakfasts, lunches or dinners… everything is delicious. Also, there is many gastronomic events going on during the summer.
Almost like a tradition, the Melide Tapas competition is back on June. The best chefs of the town will compete every weekend to show to the public their small delicious dishes.
